Will someone please tell me, just what this is all about?
Either there are multiple people/businesses that drive this vehicle.
Or someone has started a new business that gets paid to drive around with ads on their vehicle.
Or someone just opened a sign company and is testing out their application skills to see what it takes to apply them to different parts of a vehicle.
